Judith A. Peters

Judith A. Peters, Of Northville New York passed away peacefully at Nathan Littauer Hospital Extended Care on May 18, 2022. She was born June 22, 1943 in Albany to her parents, Harold and Elizabeth (Laeyt) Hawkins. Judy was married to her love, Nelson Peters for 51 years. She was a loving wife mother and grandmother. She enjoyed going out with her friends dancing and listening to country and western music. She enjoyed knitting mittens. Judy often kept mittens in her purse in case she ran into a child who could use a pair in which she lovingly gave. Judy had two children Nelson H. Peters(Melanie) and Laural Allen (Thomas) both of Gloversville; grandchildren, Amanda, Paul and Brandon. She is predeceased by many brothers and sisters in law in the Peters family. Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 from 10:30 AM until 11:30 AM at the Northville Funeral service, Inc., 401 Bridge St. Northville NY 12134. A service will follow at 11:30 AM. Internment will take place following the service at Union Mills Cemetery in Broadalbin.
