Edmond H. Sinisi

March 1, 1930 - June 3, 2017

Edmond H. Sinisi, age 87, a resident of Corinth and former resident of Edinburg passed away peacefully on Saturday June 3, 2017 at the Saratoga Hospital in Saratoga Springs, after a short illness. He was born in Brooklyn, NY on March 1, 1930. He was a United States Army Veteran and was the owner and operator of Econo Contracting in Northville for many years. Ed grew up on the streets of Brooklyn playing stick ball with his brothers and neighborhood friends. He joined the Army in 1947 In August of 1951, he married the love of his life, Barbara. They had many happy years together. Ed was avid athlete, with passions in both baseball and golf. He was involved for many years with the Knights of Columbus. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Barbara Curtis Sinisi; Son, Lawrence Sinisi; and his Brothers, Lawrence and Andrea Sinisi. He is survived by his daughters; LouAnn (Bob) Wilcox of Corinth and Doreen (Ted) Horton of Northville; his brother Frank Sinisi and his sisters Virginia (Tom) Pawluk, Julia Sinisi and Ann Browne; his ten grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. A mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday June 9, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. at Holy Mother and Child Parish, 405 Palmer Ave, Corinth, NY. Burial will be held at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery on Friday at 1:30. Arrangements are under the care of Northville Funeral Home. Condolences may be made to the family online at www.northvillefuneralservice.com.
