Clyde Siver Jr. 79 formerly of Mayfield died Tuesday January 4, 2005 at the Nathan Littauer Nursing Home following a long illness. He was born in Saratoga on March 4, 1925. The son of the late Clyde and Ethel Wheeler Siver Sr. Clyde was employed as a gloveworker for the fomer Serfis Glove Co. and Chase Glove Company. He also worked at George Whitman taxidermy at one time. Survivors include his half brother George Whitman of Mayfield and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his half brother Hamlet Whitman and his sister Edith Gifford.Friends may call on Thursday January 6, 2005 from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Northville Funeral Home where a funeral service will be held at 8 p.m. with Rev.
